Office Typology | There are five categories of WHO offices in countries, territories and areas (A–E) based on the support provided: Offices in category A provide policy support; those in category B offer targeted technical and strategic support; those in category C deliver moderate technical support; those in category D ensure full technical support, including emergency response; and those in category E provide comprehensive support, including field operations. Four offices do not currently have an assigned typology.
